The project scope incorporated the removal of existing fixtures and fittings, extensive roof repairs, installation of new flooring and wall finishes, and installation of new retail fixtures and fittings to provide 5,000m2 of retail sales space, a new community cafe and over 400 customer parking facilities.

The Limerick Decathlon project is the sports retail giant’s second store in Ireland and the second Decathlon store completed by Mannings Construction following completion of the Flagship store and head office in Dublin.
