New Way Depot, Ipswich Onsite

Mannings is pleased to be working with Handford Developments to deliver Ipswich Borough Councils new depot for the Waste Fleet and Maintenance & Contracts teams responsible for refuse collection, street cleansing and housing maintenance.

The multi-million-pound project will create a new warehouse unit, a two-storey office building and vehicle maintenance unit. The project is targeting a BREEAM outstanding rating, so green energy and sustainability is key. This will be achieved by reusing materials from the site, solar panels on roofs, wind turbines and multiple EV charging points.
