Experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist (Dublin - Temp)
Mannings Construction Group is seeking an experienced office administrator for a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. Based in our Head Office in Dublin, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
• Receptionist duties including answering phones, diverting calls and greeting visitors
• Administrative duties including general filing, travel / accommodation bookings, fleet management and document control
• Office management duties including ensuring the office is clean and tidy and managing office stationery and other supplies
• Executive PA support to the senior executive team including preparation of reports, diary management and other confidential duties as necessary
Excellent IT Skills are essential including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point and Adobe Acrobat/Pro. Previous experience of using Sharepoint and Office 365 is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and ‘can-do’ approach to carrying out all tasks in an efficient and diligent manner.
