Mannings Construction Group is an innovative main contractor and design-build partner, renowned for delivering value-engineered and fast-track projects since 1975.
Mannings has established a benchmark in delivering construction projects across various sectors including retail, logistics, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, mixed-use, office and residential buildings throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our projects vary in scale and value, from minor refurbishments, often completed outside standard working hours to minimise client disruption, to large-scale, high-tech facilities. Notably we completed a €70 million, 77,000m² facility in County Dublin within 15 months, which ranked as the ninth-largest building globally by volume at the time of completion.
Our implementation of ‘Invisible Methodology’ on live projects and our capacity to devise innovative solutions have resulted in high levels of repeat business and client retention. We delivered the world’s first Passiv-Haus certified retail project and Ireland’s first non-domestic Passiv-Haus project, adhering to the Passiv-Haus Institute’s stringent energy efficiency standards. Subsequently, we have embraced Lean Construction principles and have completed projects achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’ ratings, equivalent to LEED Gold. The techniques developed on these projects are now widely adopted across the industry. In 2020, Mannings registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme and continue to advocate for best practices in construction and health and safety. We have achieved a perfect score under the Scheme and were recognised with an industry award for excellence in site performance. Our collaborative approach and consistent innovation, while delivering projects within budget, on schedule and to the highest quality standards, have been the foundation of our success over the past fifty years.
